Golden State Valkyries at Minnesota Lynx (-4.5, 160.5)

  • The two teams with the best records in the WNBA meet for the second time in five days and the fourth time this season. The Minnesota Lynx, with a league-best 31-7 record, are a perfect 3-0 against the Valkyries, including an 11-point win in the Bay Area last Wednesday night.
  • Going back to last year’s inaugural season for Golden State, they have never beaten the Lynx, dropping all four regular-season games last year and both playoff games.
  • While the Valkyries are the best defensive team in the league, leading in points per game and defensive rating, the offense has struggled, only scoring 82.5 points per game, 14th out of 15 WNBA teams.
