Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Dallas Cowboys (-8.5, 47.5)

• Not sure many saw the 0-4 start from Tampa coming, but not all 0-4s are created equal either. All four losses have been one-score games, losing by a combined 20 points.
• The Bucs had the ball with a chance to tie or win in each of the last 3 losses, but either turned it over on downs or threw a pick. That's not me saying I want the 8.5 here, but this game may be closer in the rearview mirror than it looks.
• We may never figure Dallas out. They are a mismanaged clock from being 3-1, but also could be 1-3 if Houston had played any defense last week.
• That's a long way of me saying, we are going to "Prop it Like it's Hot" on TNF.
