Washington Commanders at San Francisco 49ers (-7.5, 51.5) - Monday Night Football
- The Commanders looked great for three quarters last week vs. the Giants, but the defense made Jameis Winston look like Dan Marino and then Jayden Daniels lost track of time. Meanwhile, the Niners have looked great for all 20 quarters this season.
- I very much would like to lay the number here as SF is that much better, but the hook bothers me at 7.5. Brock Purdy should slice apart a defense that ranks 29th against the pass and 30th in scoring.
- With that in mind, we are headed to the prop market.
- We mentioned the Washington pass defense (29th). Well, it's even more profound vs. Tight Ends, as they have allowed 74.4 yards per game (28th) and 7 TDs (2nd most) to the TE position this year.
